It’s not about technology, the possibility of tracking the vehicles or optimising fleet management through the app. We are constantly and consistently doing that behind the curtains (following up all our fleet to detect any potential delay or incident with goods at pickup or delivery, monitoring live indicators to ensure a smooth run, etc.).
Innovations happen backstage. For example, we just added the new feature of Shadow CMR: unique in the market, the transport document is filled with electronic signatures.
